Our mission
At LION Helicopters we believe that long-term success is built on expertise, safety, honesty and mutual trust. Our goal is not only to deliver top-tier services in pilot training, sales, maintenance and helicopter operations, but to do so in a way we can always be proud of.
This Code of Ethics is binding on all employees, management, instructors, technicians and anyone acting on behalf of the company.
1. Safety always comes first
- We never place commercial interest, deadlines or financial gain above the safety of flight operations.
- Every employee has both the right and the duty to stop any activity if they have reasonable doubts about its safety.
2. Compliance with laws and regulations
- In every country where we operate we comply with applicable laws, EASA regulations, CAA requirements and other regulatory obligations.
- We never knowingly circumvent legislation or internal procedures.
3. Honesty and integrity
- We deal honestly with customers, business partners, suppliers and state institutions.
- We do not withhold material information, manipulate documentation or provide false data.
4. Zero tolerance for corruption
LION Helicopters enforces zero tolerance for corruption. It is unacceptable to:
- offer any bribe or other undue advantage in order to secure a contract or business benefit,
- accept bribes or personal advantages from customers, suppliers or other partners,
- use intermediaries or third parties to circumvent this rule,
- give or accept gifts or hospitality that could influence independent business decision-making.
We want to win business solely through the quality of our services, our expertise and our professional approach.

Trust is one of the most valuable assets in aviation.

- Every employee must disclose any situation in which their personal interests could influence decision-making on behalf of the company.
- We always decide in the best interest of the company and its customers.
10. Responsibility for the company's reputation
- Every employee represents LION Helicopters through their conduct.
- We behave professionally not only at the workplace, but also when dealing with customers, business partners and the public.

Closing statement
Our goal is not merely to be a successful aviation company. We want to be a company that customers, employees and business partners trust.
We build our reputation every day. We choose to do the right thing even when doing the opposite would be easier.
Safety. Expertise. Integrity. Trust.
These are the values on which LION Helicopters stands.
