It's been a few years already, but I'll never forget the helicopter flight with an experienced pilot who let me "steer" for a while :-). We flew towards Opatovický rybník and then back to the airfield. On the way back the pilot showed me autorotation, disengaging the engine from the rotor in flight so it spun just from our descent. It was truly fascinating.

The best place to fly — modern, safe, with the best product on the market. There is a professional team of people who will soon become part of your flying family. :)

First things first — one of the best customer service experiences in general aviation/ATO company I've had since the beginning of my pilot career (more than 10 years). I accomplished my FI(H) rating at Lion Helicopters at the beginning of 2023. I have to admit that despite difficult situations (weather, short time, instructor availability etc.), the company managed to prepare the whole training and at the same time the level of training was still high. It gave me new knowledge and skills that definitely changed my perspective and made me a better pilot. Last but not least, I need to mention the people who work there — Jan (two of them :)), Alain, Vratia, Marketa, Dominika, Peter and probably more who I couldn't meet — very kind and open-minded people with joy and passion for flying.
